WHAT IS UP THIS MONTH FOR OUR CHILDREN?KIDSZONE is the hot spot for kids ages Kindergarten through Fifth Grade @ HCC. They meet each week upstairs in the Hope Center, playing games, watching and singing to video worship and hearing talks just for kids. Every month our team in under the leadership of Courtney & Rusty Willson, creatively focuses on a different virtue. This month our activities, songs, games and lessons focus on the virtue of WISDOM .... finding out what you should do and doing it.
This month's memory verse is from LUKE 2:52, ".. and Jesus grew in wisdom and stature and favor with God and man."

MOMS Connect
What is MOMS Connect? MOMS Connect is a group supporting Moms with newborn through elementary school-aged children in the Gig Harbor community. Our goal is to provide a loving, supportive, and fun environment where women feel they can share ideas, seek help, receive knowledge and feel nurtured. WOMEN'S GROWTH GROUP THIS FALL....
Ladies, need a good book to read as the kids head off to school? Ever wanted to try out a book club? Here is an opportunity to read a great book and meet with other HCC women to discuss it. It's simple, just pick-up a copy of Beth Moore's latest book, "So Long, Insecurity...You've Been a Bad Friend to Us!" and start reading! Our first get together will be Wednesday, September 15th at 7 PM to talk about chapters 1 through 9. Then we will meet a month later on Wednesday, October 13th to discuss the second half of the book.

RoadTrip 2010
Planning is underway for the 2010 Roadtrip where we leave our seats empty on Sunday morning and serve our community on November 27th and 28th. Last year we served in over 31 locations, with various community agencies throughout Pierce County. This year we want to exceed that number and expand our reach. If you are interested in serving as part of the leadership team for this year's Roadtrip, contact Caryn via email.
