WHAT IS FINANCIAL PEACE UNIVERSITY?
Financial Peace University, FPU, is the most important step to changing your financial future. It is your Total Money Makeover Program. It takes the knowledge from God and turns it into real action in our lives through a step-by-step process taught by best-selling author and financial counselor Dave Ramsey.

Financial Peace University is designed to teach you and your family how to get out of debt, stay out of debt, and build wealth. You’ll meet with a small group for a daylong session and then for six weeks following for an hour on Sunday mornings to watch the video lesson and participate in discussion and accountability groups that will change your whole attitude about money.

Dave breaks through the common financial jargon and explains how money really works in a simple, easy to understand style. You’ll actually have fun as you learn about saving, budgeting, investing, insurance and more. FPU is without a doubt, the best program available for personal finance.

We will be offering FPU in a unique format, including a one-day seminar on Saturday, March 7th, from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. followed by six one-hour sessions on Sunday mornings from 8:30-9:30 a.m. A special orientation will be held this Sunday, February 15th at 9:00 a.m. in the band classroom at PHS. GIG HARBOR AREA YOUNG LIFE ANNUAL BANQUET

Young Life is actively involved in our area, with programs for students from Gig Harbor and Peninsula High Schools; and all four-area middle schools. Young Life is making a difference in kids' lives. In support of Young Life, join us for the Annual Young Life Banquet, The Epic Adventure, on Sunday, March 8th at Chapel Hill. WEEKEND TO REMEMBER, SEATTLE, APRIL 17-19

Weekend to Remember is a weekend marriage conference that teaches God's design for marriage and family. The environment is fun, non-threatening, and sometimes hilarious. GET INVOLVED...TECH AND PRODUCTION ON SUNDAYS

Are you the one with the "cool" sound system? The one who day dreams about right clicking with your wireless mouse? Are you the one who critiques the edits while watching TV? The one who has a "Galaxy Theater" in your own home? Are you the one who would like a second chance at doing the presentation at work that they would not forget? We are looking for you. STUDENT MINISTRIES HANG OUT: SPRINKER

Come show off your moves or just chill at the ice arena with Student Ministries. Josh will be helping to give lessons to all you who have never skated. Skating is tons of fun whether you are going fast with the wind in your hair or just cruising with your friends. Join us on Saturday, February 28th.
