RANCHO MILAGRO - MEXICO MISSION 2009
On July 17th, for one week, HCC will embark on our 8th trip to the Rancho Milagro Orphanage in Ensenada, Mexico. The kids at Rancho Milagro look forward every year to our group coming down to have the greatest week of their life. We spend the week doing everything we can to create a lifelong positive memory in the minds and hearts of children that have been abused and abandoned.

We fly into San Diego and rent vans to take us the rest of the way into Mexico. Speaking the language is definitely not necessary, being able to hug a child and play with them is. We will also do some small work projects around the orphanage, so if you have the "handy-man" gift, you are greatly needed. Anyone is welcome to come. The first informational meeting is schedule for Sunday March 15th, at 9:00 a.m. with applications and first deposits of $200 due Sunday March 22nd.

It is very important that you attend this meeting, even if you have served on a Mexico trip before and are planning to go again this year. The trip is open to any couple, family or individual.  Signing up on the Small Group Loop simply shows your interest, your deposit will secure your spot.  The trip will be limited to 50 people.  No deposits will be collected before March 22nd.  The cost of the trip is $800 per person. FINANCIAL PEACE UNIVERSITY - ORIENTATION SUNDAY

Financial Peace University (FPU) is designed to teach you and your family how to get out of debt, stay out of debt, and build wealth.  FPU is without a doubt, the best program available targeting personal finances.  We will be offering one last FREE orientation this coming Sunday,  March 1st at 9:00 .a.m. At the orientation, we will provide an overview of the course which will be presented by Dave Ramsey and hosted by Cory Garnaas and Gino Grunberg.  FPU will include one daylong session on Saturday March 7th and six additional hour long follow up sessions on Sunday mornings.    For more information or to RSVP for the FREE orientation on Sunday, CLICK HERE.


WEEKEND TO REMEMBER - APRIL 17TH - 19TH, SEATTLE

Weekend to Remember is a weekend marriage conference that teaches God's design for marriage and family. The environment is fun, non-threatening, and sometimes hilarious. GROWTH GROUPS @ HCC

Taking the first step to be involved in community is never easy, but the relationships can enrich our lives beyond our expectations. This coming Sunday during the service, we will introduce you to one of our Growth Group lead couples. They will be available after the service to answer any questions you may have regarding Growth Groups or provide you with a card to sign up for a group in your area. STUDENT MINISTRIES HANG OUT - SPRINKER

Come show off your moves or just chill at the ice arena with Student Ministries. Josh will be helping to give lessons to all you who have never skated. Skating is tons of fun whether you are going fast with the wind in your hair or just cruising with your friends. We will meet at Cutter's Point by Fred Meyer. We will skate from 11:45 to 1:45 and be back at Cutter's Point around 2:30. Contact Josh @
