STUDENT MINISTIRES @ HCC

Student Ministries has a lot going on this month.  Check it out!


May 20th: Bowling at Narrows Lanes in Tacoma with The Edge for high school students.  We will be rocking and bowling at Narrows Lanes.  Meet at 6:30pm at the Cutters Point by Fred Meyer and return by 9pm.  Drivers needed!  Bring $15.


May 30th: Rides. Concerts. Food. Big Splash!  We are going to Wild Waves in Federal Way for Big Splash again this year because it was such a great event last year.  Meet at Cutters Point by Fred Meyer at 9am; we will return there by 8:15pm.  Tickets are $30 and can be purchased on-line HERE or at Safeway. 


June 23rd-26th: Kick off your summer with Young Life at the Beebe Bridge Campgrounds on the Colombia River! Instant summer for all outgoing 6th & 7th graders! Tournament wakeboard boats, wake skating, skiing, tubing, and time to hang out with your friends.  We’ll even spend time at slide waters at Lake Chelan. Don't miss this great trip!


July 21st-27th: Malibu!  It is absolutely true...this will be the best week of your life! Rated one of the ten most beautiful spots in the world by National Geographic, a fleet of tournament wakeboard boats, laser sailboats, kayaks, canoes, the blob, the zip line, an incredible pool, sand volleyball and much more!


Fundraisers: Students will be available to clean up houses or do yard work to raise money for camps.  They can do a three-hour shift for $30 on Saturdays.  More details available soon!

GRADS @ HCC, SUNDAY JUNE 7TH

June is quickly approaching and it is time to plan ahead for graduation.  If you are a graduating senior from Peninsula, Gig Harbor or other area high schools, let us know. HCC CHURCH SOFTBALL LEAGUE

HCC is participating this year in the Gig Harbor Church Co-ed Softball League, sponsored through PAA.  This league is recreational, so the intent is to have a good time, get to know some of the players and compete against other area church teams.  Registration is $15.00, open through May 15th, for participant's ages 15 and older.  We have spots available for up to 15 players.  If you are interested in playing, sign up on-line today.  CLICK HERE.


WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY

Join the women's study group for the new series, Annointed-Transformed-Redemmed. This study of David features Priscilla Shirer, Beth Moore and Kay Arthur and focuses on the life of David as a young man, through mid-life and as a man facing the end of his life. You'll laugh with them, cry with them, and learn to love God with them.   The group will meet Tuesdays at 12:30 p.m. for six weeks, starting May 26th. DAD'S DAY @ HCC, SUNDAY JUNE 21ST
