Spotlight
EASTER AT HCC, APRIL 4thPlans are underway for the Easter season this year and we are excited to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus and the hope that we have in Him.
This year’s theme is "HOPE RISING" with the focus that even though times are tough, what is ahead of us is good.
Last year at HCC, we opened the doors to over 1400 people on Easter Sunday. This year we are planning for over 1500 people to attend from our community and we will accommodate this large attendance with
three services in two locations.
As we have done in the past, we will be having a
9:00 a.m. service at the Hope Center. As always, Nursery, Pre-school classes and KidsZone will all be happening that morning.
This year, we will be adding a
10:30 a.m. Easter service at the Peninsula High School Auditorium. This site will include the same programming for families, including Nursery, Pre-school classes, and KidsZone.
During that same hour,
10:30 a.m., will be hosting a third service at the Hope Center. This service will also have full programming for families including Nursery, Pre-school classes and KidsZone.
We are very excited about the options for families this year on the south-end and on the north-end of Gig Harbor. Confirming your spot it easy…simply choose the service you and your family will be attending on-line at hcctoday.com,

If you are interested in volunteering on Easter, at either the Hope Center venue at 9:00 or 10:30 a.m. or at the PHS venue at 10:30 a.m., please let us know via email at office@hcctoday.com and we will touch base with all the details.

MEXICO MISSION, July 9-17th
It’s Mexico Time again! We are celebrating our 10th year of serving at a small orphanage just outside of Ensenada, Mexico. We get to spend one week loving and taking care of a group of abandoned and abused children that have become a part of our HCC family.
This year, in addition to working at the orphanage, we are going to serve some individual local families by working on their houses; replacing a roof, painting the outside, cleaning up what we can. The best part of what we are planning, is the kids at the orphanage will be serving right alongside of us. We need not only people that work well with kids, but also people who have the skills to do construction, plumbing, electric work, etc.
Our first informational meeting will be Sunday, March 14th, just after the second service. CLICK HERE to RSVP.

GOOD FRIDAY, SEDER MEAL, April 2nd
Join us on
Friday, April 2nd at Miracle Ranch for a very special event. HCC will be hosting a
Seder Meal as we celebrate Good Friday. This event will include a rich historical view of the Jewish Passover, but also gives fresh insight into the Last Supper, the Lord's Table (Communion) and fellowship in the Body of Christ. This dinner is a family event and is open for all children, school aged and older. Seating is limited, with spots for 250.
Tickets are available, at no charge, at the information table on Sunday mornings, via email at office@hcctoday.com or online HERE. Donations will be accepted at the event.
